Do I really need to ask? I don’t think the housing market as a monopoly on bubbles at the moment. I hope you all aren’t mortgaged out, and have some cash reserves. Next couple years look to be rough.

Serious flashbacks to 1998. Reminds me of walking through the parking lot (back then) at amazon, and seeing a couple cars with rows of freshly dry cleaned blue shirts and khaki pants hanging in there, like it was a uniform, or something. Hey there’s a blog idea, a fashion blog for the Valley, called www.blueshirtsandkhakipants.com. probably already taken.
